Can I refuse to exchange if I have already paid for the order?
Yes, you can cancel the order until it's execution and then contact via the online Service chat or the feedback form to clarify the details for the refund.
If I indicated the wrong details and the funds did not come to me, what should I do?
In this case, unfortunately, the Service administration will not be able to help with the return of your funds.
